Terms & Conditions

1. Listings and column entries (or display ads) are NOT company advertising per se and therefore the client has no graphic design latitude. The design will be the publisher's house design for the SAPOA Property Register, employed to achieve consistency in layout and data presentation (common typeface, point size, alignment, etc).

2. All logos are reproduced in a size that is in proportion to the space booked. We are not in a position to make logos larger in size than is proportionate to the space booked.

3. Agency CI's cannot be accepted as instructions in regard to listings and column entries (display ads). This condition clearly does not apply where conventional advertising space has been booked.

4. The electronic booking form represents the full and entire instructions to Pangram Publishing (Pty) Limited for the SAPOA Property Register. The sole additional material that can be submitted must be in the form of a disc(s) carrying logos and visuals intended for the column (display ad) booked and these must be clearly marked. The physical address to which the disc(s) are to be delivered is 15 Second Street, Parkhurst, Johannesburg 2193. NO Word or Excel documents will be accepted, and neither will faxes. All advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their material is delivered to the correct address and for confirming receipt of such material. Pangram Publishing will not be held responsible for any omissions relating to incorrect delivery of any material whatsoever.

5. Logos and visuals are only acceptable if transmitted as a 300dpi jpg or print quality pdf.

6. The completed electronic booking form is the full record of final details/material for listings or column entries (display ads) for the SAPOA Property Register.

7. The company contact who completes and who is named on the electronic booking form will be e-mailed 1 (one) proof. This needs to be returned to Pangram Publishing (Pty) Limited by e-mail no later than 4 (four) days after date of receipt. No revisions can be made after return of the proofed electronic booking form. This proof is not to be confused with the confirmation e-mail sent to the client upon booking.

8. Any unconfirmed e-mailed proofs will be assumed correct and will be printed as received in the un-proofed electronic booking form in the SAPOA Property Register.

9. Where visuals are to be included in the column (display ad) booked, these must be accompanied by short captions.

10. An invoice for the listing and column (display ad) booked will be submitted on publication of the printed version of the SAPOA Property Register. Publication date is usually 18 November, although this may be changed at the discretion of SAPOA and Pangram Publishing. Invoices are payable on presentation (media agencies excluded). Late payments attract an interest charge of 10% per month.
